This is my first try at photgraphing waterdrops.
I'm still not totally content with it, but I don't know what is missing.
Do you guys have any tips for improvement?

Thanks in advance!

Oo...this is very cool...quite different from the usual photos of water drops. I think what makes yours different is the fact that maybe a nanosecond more of time to let it release more to get more of the drop effect would've completed it better. Either way, I love it. It sort of looks like ice frozen in time, but somehow you captured it in its water form. GREAT JOB!!!

Emotional drought will be the answer
Blank beings within ourselves
Halted breath across our tongues
Shielded from everyday robotic trances

Thanks a lot!
Indeed...maybe I was just that nanosecond too early...I really like those pictures where the drop is separated from the rest of the water...ah well...back to the water to shoot some more I guess :)

Thanks again :]

Yes...that's what I was getting at...to make it more separated...heh, well, you're clever enough and you figured it out on your own. Well, you're welcome, good luck on the rest of your water shots!

the only thing it's missing is another frame beside the black one. Keep that one and add like 1.5 cm of white canvas to it... it will lighten your picture a lot and make it not so dark, but rather happy and interesting.
It's really cool shooting drops, I had fun doing that too.
